Ina Vergara, Chile

Ina Vergara is originally from Santiago, Chile. She completed her studies in Fine Arts, followed by a post-graduate Diploma in Architectural Lighting Design before shifting her life and coming to live to Melbourne in 2015 with her husband Jorge, searching for new opportunities and a new life together.

Today, Ina is the e-Hub Project Manager at SisterWorks, responsible for providing comprehensive project support to the establishment and coordination of the e-Hub delivered in partnership with UN Women Second Chance Education (SCE) and Vocational Learning Program. This program focuses on online education application development with a focus on English as a second language. 

Ina and her team are also responsible for overseeing the creation of SisterWorks user friendly WebApp to deliver an online learning and connectivity portal for migrant, asylum seeker and refugee women in Australia who have minimum digital and literacy skills.
