Lisa Palma (She/Her), Australia

Lisa has nearly 30 years experience as a corporate executive with broad end to end expertise spanning IT, Operations, Product Management, Project Delivery and Strategy in large and complex organisations.  Lisa has worked at some of Australia’s largest banks where she has been a member of many executive teams, has led large teams and lines of business and has managed multiple diverse stakeholders and outsourced service providers.  Following her substantive corporate experience Lisa moved to the Not For Profit sector and she is currently CEO of Victoria’s largest wildlife not for profit organisation.

Lisa holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School and a Bachelor of Business from Monash University.  Lisa is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is an experienced Not For Profit Director.

Lisa brings to SisterWorks extensive experience in both the corporate and not for profit sectors, as well as a deep care for improving outcomes for migrant and refugee women.  Lisa’s family roots are in the migrant community from a wave of immigration from Italy many years ago and Lisa recalls her non english speaking grandmother struggling and toiling for many hours sewing from home.
