Sabol is made with onions, chilli, ginger, and garlic resulting in a beautifully fresh flavour. It is used as a condiment that works wonderfully with fish or chicken. Our Sisters have also included the Sabol in dumplings with pork, to flavour brown rice and to add interest to vegetables or salads. It really is the ultimate condiment.
