This iconic Hong Kong seafood sauce has been developed by Andy, one of the Sister Entrepreneurs, from her Aunty’s traditional recipe that uses dried scallops and prawns. Cantonese Sauce is a staple of Chinese cooking, adding a spicy zing to any dish such as plain noodles or fried rice.
