In Congo, every woman crafts her own Sabol (Spicy Salsa). Sido perfected hers at a very young age, and now we are lucky enough to share the taste of her secret recipe.  Sido’s version is made with onions, chilli, ginger, and garlic resulting in a beautifully fresh flavour.
