Reusable Pads Tips
Tips to take care of you reusable pads!
How to Wash
1. For best results, add stain remover and soak overnight in cold water.
2. Hand or gentle machine wash in lukewarm water.
3. Reshape carefully by stretching and air dry, preferably in sunlight.

DO NOT
- Tumble Dry or Dry Clean.
- Bleach or use strong detergents.
- Use fabric softeners (it damages the absorbency of the fabric).

How to use
1. Place pad over the inside of your underwear, label facing down, organic patterned cotton side sitting against your skin.
2. Wrap wrings around the edges of your underwear and close snap fasten to hold it in place.

NOTE
Change your pads as needed, we recommend every 4 hours.

How to fold
1. Fold in the top and bottom of the pad.
2. Snap fasten and store (our wet bags are great for storage).

Absorbency test
We measured 20ml of water to test our medium pad & 30ml of water to test our large pad.
