Customer Service Program
Free training to help you build confidence, English and customer service skills for hospitality, retail and front-of-house work.
There is no cost to participate in this program.
Program Overview:
The SisterWorks Customer Service Program supports women from migrant, refugee and asylum-seeker backgrounds to gain the skills and confidence needed for customer-facing jobs.
You will learn how to communicate clearly, solve problems, and work effectively in a team. Our trainers and mentors will help you improve your English and prepare for employment in roles across events, hospitality, and front-of-house.
