Production Manager
Manaka migrated from Japan to Australia at the age of 9. She found out about SisterWorks through a volunteer opportunity for a Food Production Assistant after graduating from university. Since then, she has volunteered as Food Tastings Coordinator, then as a Retail Lead and is currently a Production Lead. Her job is to help the Sisters during production and over see the quality check.
Manaka loves SisterWorks as no two days are the same and she learns about many different cultures, personalities, and gains new friendships. With her background in Applied Science, she shares her love of food with those around her through SisterWorks Food Production.
