Pelin came to Australia from Turkey in 2017 with her husband and daughter. She and her husband are architects and had a successful interior design company in turkey.

Pelin joined SisterWorks in 2019 as entrepreneur Sisters, a very active member and has gone through various SisterWorks programs. She was able to earn an income from SisterWorks, but she was determined to go back to her engineering profession. Through patience and determination, Pelin managed to complete her local engineering qualification and secured her Australian dream job at Laing O’rouke.

Pelin has also been a board member of SisterWorks, representing the voice of the sisters in the decision making and governance of SisterWorks. She’s also still active as an Entrepreneur Sister in her spare time and is now an Ambassador for SisterWorks.
