With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Michelle has honed her skills in managing cafes and restaurants, including leading the hospitality department at Victoria's largest theme park and running her own successful coffee van business. Her extensive background reflects her dedication to delivering exceptional service and operational excellence.

Michelle has completed a Diploma of Events Management and a Diploma of Community Services, equipping her with a diverse skill set in event coordination and community engagement. These qualifications, paired with her industry expertise, have shaped her holistic approach to hospitality management.
