Shasa has cross-sector experience in consulting, social enterprises, and startups
across Indonesia and Australia. She began her career in Jakarta, where she worked
in consulting while volunteering with a female-focused social enterprise that supports the professional development of Indonesian women.

After relocating to Melbourne to pursue her Master of Information Systems, Shasa
gained experience in program coordination and partnerships within social enterprises and startups. Her work involved working across diverse teams and fast-moving environments, which has enhanced her adaptability.

In May 2025, Shasa joined SisterWorks as an Internal Business Development
contractor and transitioned into the role of Commercial Lead in January 2026. In this position, she focuses on contributing to the commercial strategy while remaining actively engaged in operational delivery. She combines technical skills, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a practical focus on process improvement to support sustainable and impactful outcomes.

Working alongside women to support women every day has been a true blessing for me. At SisterWorks, I feel deeply supported in my own career development while contributing to meaningful, long-term impact.
