As Production Hub Coordinator, Esmarie's primary role is liaising with our partner A2B Consumables to produce and deliver quality embroidery on apparel items for their customers.

Her career aspirations are centred around constant growth and skill enhancement.She has extensive experience in office administration. In 2021 she decided to advance her career by studying part time and completing her Diploma in Accounting in 2023. This allowed her to progress to a more senior role as a Property Manager and Accountant Assistant for the last few years.

Beyond her personal career goals, she is passionate about creating a positive impact through her work. As an immigrant herself, she finds immense fulfilment in contributing to Sisterworks Goals and actively participating in the organisation's initiatives.

As a seasoned manager, her aspiration is to make the Echuca hub a great success. She hopes this will contribute to the growth of the organisation and empower more Sisters.
