Taylor first joined SisterWorks as a volunteer in August 2025 and quickly felt at home in the stories, strength, and resilience of the women she met. In December, she stepped into the role of Grants Administration & Impact Officer, bringing a global perspective shaped by her Bachelor of Media and Communications at the University of Melbourne and studies in Nanjing, China, and The Hague, The Netherlands.

Her extensive travel and cross-cultural experiences sparked a deep commitment to supporting migrant, refugee, and asylum-seeking women—a commitment she now brings to every funding proposal, partnership, and impact report. Taylor is currently completing a Master of Global Studies, specialising in community development and security, and is passionate about creating opportunities that help women build confidence, independence, and economic empowerment.
