Stephanie Tiow started her journey at SisterWorks Inc as a Pathways Coordinator  in December 2021, assisting our Sisters attending the Vocational Training Programs who were facing challenges in seeking employment. From July 2022 onwards, Stephanie became the People & Culture Office recruiting inspiring, talented and passionate women for our Hubs in Abbotsford, Richmond, Dandenong and Bendigo. She works closely with our COO and the Operations Team to ensure all aspects of people management, professional training & development, team wellbeing, performance management, volunteer needs, policies and general administration of the office are maintained efficiently.

Stephanie was born and raised in Malaysia. She has a Masters degree in Applied Marketing and Master of Management, specialising in People, Culture & HR Strategy from Monash University. She was in the top 2 percentile of her cohort in Monash University in 2021 for which she received a Dean’s Honour Award for her achievements in her studies. She believes in lifelong education, not just through books but also by doing.

Stephanie loves to help people find their passion in life. Through the interactions with women she meets at SisterWorks, she is inspired to learn and contribute more to society and help those who are in need. She believes that everyone has their own stories to tell and is keen to listen and learn more about each individual’s story, culture and life experience. She hopes to help more women pursue their lifelong passion and provide them the confidence needed to reach their goals.

Her other interests include singing, volunteering at charity events, camping and connecting with close friends and family.
