Caroline Mills (She/Her), New Zealand
Caroline moved to Australia from New Zealand in 2004. Since 2010 she has been the Managing Director of Allegra Consulting, a business that specialises in change and transformation. Caroline has extensive experience in HR, change & transformation and running businesses. With her background in corporate Australia, Caroline and her team work with organisations undergoing change and transformation, assisting them from creating strategies through to implementing change well, supporting their people through transformation. Caroline works across multiple industries, with large corporates, small and medium companies and government departments.
As part of Caroline’s values around giving back to the community on a “Not for Profit” basis she also works with several small businesses and clients supporting through coaching and development programs. She also runs workshops in the community to support an understanding of Health and Wellbeing and how it can positively influence work-life balance.
Caroline is the Chair for SisterWorks, working with migrant and refugee women making their way in Australia. She also provides her expertise in coaching and development to SisterWorks staff, and on wellbeing webinars (available to all staff and volunteers). Topics focus on greater understanding of how we show up at work, public speaking, mindfulness, and team development.
