Salvinder brings a background in Human Resources, with experience across recruitment, employee relations, workplace administration and people support. She holds a Master of Human Resource Management and has developed a practical understanding of the many moving parts that shape a positive employment experience — from the first conversation with a candidate through to settling into a workplace.

Having built her HR career in Malaysia, Salvinder now brings this experience to SisterWorks. In her role as Placement & Partnerships Coordinator, she works at the intersection of people and workplaces, supporting relationships with employers and helping identify opportunities that align with the skills, interests and goals of SisterWorks’ Sisters.

Salvinder enjoys the process of discovering potential — understanding what an employer needs, recognising what a candidate can bring, and finding the connection between the two. She is looking forward to building strong partnerships and contributing to employment pathways that create value for both Sisters and the organisations they join.
