Nikoo's friend first introduced her to SisterWorks as she is a regular donor. From there, Nikoo has found her passion in volunteering for a cause clsoe to her heart. She has decided to volunteer at the Dandenong Hub, providing IT assistance to the volunteer and intern team.

Since then, she has been volunteering for 4 months and has started her role as IT Solutions & Delivery Coordinator in March 2024, assisting the IT team.

One of the highlights in her career was that she was working in Mellat Bank in Tehran, Iran. She was working as the Application /IT Support/ Data Analyst working for 4 years+ providing technical support, and product assistance to customers through email, phone calls and live online chat in Iran.

She also has obtained a Masters in Software Engineering in Iran. She is passionate about web development and continuously learns about new technology and software. During her free time, she enjoys playing volleyball,  swimming , and also has a knack for interior design.
