Hiring Sisters
The L’Oréal Groupe in Australia has already employed over 10 of our Sisters who have completed the Warehousing program, which runs at our Dandenong Hub. With more employment opportunities being explored each term.
"We have really enjoyed being involved in the SisterWorks Warehousing Program over the past year, and the team at our Distribution Centre here in Dandenong have absolutely loved having the Sisters join our team! Our mission is to be the most inclusive beauty leader, and this starts in our workplaces. The Sisters are filling a number of important roles in our Distribution Centre, including picking and packing our orders. They are doing a fantastic job, and we hope to work with many more in the future." – Jose Ramirez, Distribution Centre Manager – Victoria
Supporting our Programs
Part of our Warehousing Program is going on a workplace tour. L’Oréal has kindly hosted several of these tours at their Distribution Centre. They are an important opportunity for the women to observe different types of warehousing jobs and how these types of workplaces operate. It also gives them an opportunity to ask questions about the workplace and application processes.
L’Oréal team members have also run information Session at SisterWorks with our warehousing program to introduce the company, culture, roles and opportunities for career growth in their business.
SisterWorks partnership with L’Oréal has already provided Sisters with a variety of opportunities that suits their skills and work lives. We look forward to the continued growth of this supportive partnership that holds so much possibility for our Sisters into the future.
